I dreamt about soaking in the sea while devouring an ice cream cone in unicorn-like color, with my golden retriever and my 5-year-old daughter. Now my dream comes true as a ice-cream festival is happening at the pulse in Repulse Bay, where we can enjoy live performance, workshops, and tons of ice cream in different flavours beyond your imagination.
